Books have always been important to many of us. Book art is not new. Think illustrated books, illuminated manuscripts. Now Altered Books. That is taking old books, embellishing pages and the cover to your own theme or no theme at all. Every page a new idea or experiment.

All of these books have only my original paintings. Then the book is sealed and acts as a frame for my painting. To see some books before they have been altered “before facelift”, please click Gallery above.
